Oh, I downloaded all of Inhuman Rampage, Peace Sells.. But Who's Buying?, The System Has Failed and Rust In Peace.

Well, at least those that I remembered.

Inhuman Rampage is an awesome album by DragonForce. I highly recommend it. It gets 8 - 9/10 stars from my list. I am deducting points because its last song, Trail of Broken Hearts is rather slow and not really "Power Metal" as this band says they are.

Peace Sells.. Oh.. I love this album, especially its self-titled song, Peace Sells. Not rating it yet cause I don't listen song on a more regular basis like MoP/RtL/AJFA/DragonForce because it isn't as melodious.

The System Has Failed gets an 8/10 from me because it sounds rather beautiful. My favourite has to be Tears In A Vial and Shadow of Deth. Oh my goodness, I love those songs. Especially Shadow of Deth. In fact, Shadow of Deth is based off Psalms 23. You can check it if you don't believe me. The lyrics go something like this:

Auxilium Meum A Domino!
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want,
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures,
He leadeth me beside the still waters,

He leadeth in the path of righteousness,

And then there is some superb instrumental for the next minute or so. I think this was the song that signified that Dave Mustaine wanted to become a Christian. Maybe, maybe not. But I absolutely love this song. My favourite Megadeth song hands down.

As for the last Megadeth album, Rust In Peace, like, Peace Sells, I haven't been addicted enough to listen to it all day like some other albums. XD

...Like rant about crappy Valentine's and shit.

I mean really, I have a hate for people that celebrate this joke of a day. It's sickening how people can show how infatuated they are over each other but apparently Valentine's is some kind of specail day. Grow up you fucking morons, Valentine's isn't. It's a normal day like any other. The only difference is that you guys have fucking derailed its original meaning. For the original meaning, ask Mrs Yee for a thorough explanation. She explained it to us in RK.

Now, I shall go on ranting about your stupidity. Why take Valentine's day to show someone that you care for them? Hell do it on a fucking normal day you goshdarned douche bags! Is it SO hard? What's so special about Valentine's? Please. Entertain me. It isn't important. It's just a day like no other which you fucking morons have nothing better to do than use it as a poor excuse for giving someone stuff htey don't fucking need.

In fact, let's take a trip down memory lane. Let's visit Maddox. I would like to say this guy is probably the most realistic person I've seen on the internet so far. His best article is by far the article about "Twenty-six things a perfect guy would do". If you honestly have not read any of his articles, I suggest doing so now. It'll brighten the light bulb in your empty piece of bowl known as your head.

Cliff Burton, in 1983 - 1986 was the bassist of Thrash Metal band, Metallica. He was the best bassist everyone has listened to and heard of and Metallica was astounded when they found him playing for another band and immediately called him so that they could hire him.

Why was he so short in Metallica if he was so great, you ask? Well, he died a painful accident somewhere in Sweden while on tour for their Master of Puppets album. It wasn't a quick or painless death either. It was slow and painful. Cliff Burton was sleeping on his bunk bed, the bottom bed when suddenly the bus skidded over and he fell out of it, the bus CRUSHING him. His fellow bandmates said that he was still alive and they could still see him moving. I mean, oh my.. It must have been painful and horrifying to see that happen. I myself would be fucking terrified. Well, they thought he would be fine since they were pulling the bus away from him and attempting to help him, but once again, I guess the bus/rope hates Cliff Burton and it SNAPPED, causing the bus to fall AGAIN, this time, ensuring Cliff's death. Fucking bullshit I say.

I don't know WHY, of all of Metallica, Cliff Burton had to die. He was fucking irreplacable. Lars could've died, I could care less. James was a strong part of Metallica so no way he would die and Kirk basically made Metallica scream "METAL UP YOUR ASS". Cliff Burton was a genius of a bassist. When I listened to Ride the Lightning, I thought many of those intros were done by James/Kirk, but to my stupidity, they were done by Cliff Burton. That's right, bass guitar sounded like electric guitar? There was no one else but Cliff Burton who could do this. Cliff Burton also made Metallica what they were in the 1980s, a kickass Metal band. Cliff introduced Metallica to so many kinds of music, Black Sabbath, Pink Floyd just to name a few.

In fact, what caused Metallica to add Cliff into their lineup was in a show by his band called Trauma. Read it all here. I fucking respect this dude man, he made Metallica. He made Metallica sound so awesome, he was just the greatest bassist in Metal history. No other bassist have I heard of came close to the legendary Cliff Burton and with good reason too. I tell you, listen to To Live Is To Die and Orion, both composed for and by Cliff Burton, respectively. Cliff Burton even has some of his awesome bass on To Live Is To Die. I really wish people would start realizing that popular music(mainstream music) is NOT good music and they ought to listen to better things, that people work hard for and work their asses off for. Like Metallica. They never had an easy life, it was always work, work and more work for them. Everyday to them was a work day. Everything could be turned into lyrical content, everything has meaning.

I guess people never do appreciate ANYTHING that is offered, they just like whatever is popular and have no taste of their own. I, myself, will admit I HAVE listened to pop music before, but that was before I was introduced to metal music(It was actually by coincidence that I saw B.Y.O.B. by System of a Down on TV) then my e-friends also started to encourage me and gave me awesome song lists to listen to(eg Metallica - Turn The Page). From then on, I started to listen to old music, 80's Metallica, etc. Once I listened to the Master of Puppets album, I never turned back, and with good reason too. After I listened to that album and felt pleased with it, I decided to explore other Metallica realms. I downloaded Ride the Lightning and ...And Justice For All and I gotta say I was pretty impressed and I loved what they did. Looking forward into their self-titled album The Black Album, I guess it really wasn't as good, save a few songs such as Don't Tread On Me and Sad But True. Their Load/ReLoad era wasn't so great as well, it was just 'meh'. A few good songs here and there, but otherwise, total crap.

Soon after, S&M was released, an album played with the San Francisco Symphony. Also, Garage Inc. was released as well, where they had some of their own recorded songs whereas the rest were cover songs for other bands. Soon after, I saw St. Anger. It was total bullshit, it was crap. It wasn't Metallica. It sounded more like Rocklica more than Metallica. I guess that's what happens when a vital player in your band gets caught up in an unfortunate accident.

RIP Cliff Burton - God bless you!

Ok first off, I am here to explain WHY Metallica's Orion wins #1 as the best instrumental in my list and the second best song in the world. I will highlight the most important songs of the songs or the great sounds in them.

Review #1: Metallica - Orion:

Intro: Fucking fantastic, you can hear the bass in the background and soft drums as it builds up and then the guitars kick in.

1:42 - Cliff Burton's fucking ingenious bass playing. I gotta say, that bass was just deity-like. It is and continue will be fucking great. This song is just fucking good I say, I tell you. This song just will knock you out of reality and say "FUCK THIS, ORION OWNS FAGS!"

2:56 - Kirk/Cliff start to play their guitars/bass. it sounds pretty fucking great. The bass on this song is pretty fucking great. Cliff Burton did a great job on Orion. Composing over 90% of this song, he deserves it.

3:58 - Cliff's base is prioritised over the guitars/drums, as you can see that it is loder than the guitars and drums(sound synthesizing), and the guitars stop, the drums are slow. Your classic thrash metal playstyle. It's just great IMHO. The bass on this song just kicks so much ass it isn't even funny.

4:53 - Kirk starts playing his guitar, he did pretty good. His solo was awesome too.(Notice the bass guitar in the background, if you can even hear it. It sounds fucking great)

5:38 - Kirk's solo again, fucking well done.

6:16 - Kirk's solo once again, well fucking done!

6:34 - Cliff Burton's solo. That's right, a bassist solo. This was probably the biggest solo mixup I have ever made in my life, and probably did when I was a newbie to metal music. You can clearly tell it IS bass. You can also see it on Wikipedia, and check. It is BASS. That is just fucking great.

7:01 - Kirk's solo again, and he did pretty good again. This is actually the part where the band speeds up their play.

7:50 - The song fades. The end of a well composed song by the greatest, if not, one of THE best bassists of all time - Cliff Burton - RIP, dude. RIP.

Rate: 10/10

Comment: Hands down, the best instrumental of all time, and for good reason too. If anyone doesn't appreciate Orion, they ought to die a burning and painful death. This song was composed by a guy who has died the year it was produced. Sad, but true. Cliff Burton was an amazing bassist. Many metal fans agree. Nonetheless, I have too. This song will go down in history as the best instrumental ever made.

Review #2: Trivium - The Crusade:

Intro - Pretty straightforward, no buildup of music. Straight away to the guitars/drums.

0:29, 0:36, 1:05 and 1:12 - You can hear a guitar playing a different chord from the main guitar, another riff, perhaps. Pretty well done.

1:12 - Slow-paced playing, seems like a solo.

1:29 - Everybody starts playing in rhythm, pretty well done. Bass still clear.

1:45 - Everybody except bass is clear, seems bass is doing another riff/chord?

2:10 - Riffs changed, sound changed, playstyle good.

2:29 - Duo by Heafy and Beaulieu

3:20 - Riffs changed, once again, same as 2:10

3:38 - Duo by Heafy and Beaulieu

3:46 - Riffs changed, but differently from 3:20 and 2:10.

4:16 - Heafy and Beaulieu playing in tandem, not duos though.

4:58 - Bass "solo". Although cannot be compared to Cliff Burton's geniousness, it is still great.

5:15 - Guitar solo.

5:45 - Duo again.

6:04 - Another guitar solo

7:45 - Song fades.

Rate: 6.8/10

Comment: Funny how the closest to Orion is so far. Notice how I pinpoint more difference in sound in Trivium than in Metallica. Trivium is much different, they tend to use different riffs/chords to make a song. Usually their songs are short in The Crusade so, naturally, this one would be hard to play as it is an 8:19 song. Anyway, this song is very good, it is active and pretty fun. Trivium is trying to play old school Metallica style, which explains the bass and solo(e)s. I don't blame them for trying to replace 80's Metallica. New Metallica is shit. St. Anger is a joke. I pray and hope the next Metallica album would be decent due to a change of producers.

EDIT: After thinking for a LONG hard time, I've decided to degrade this song cause it cannot compare to "To Live Is To Die" which obviously ranks higher than this.

Review #3: Apocalyptica - Toreador

Introduction - Pretty good. All done using cellos. Well played.

0:44 - Playstyle is very aggresive now, pretty strong.

1:02 - Cellos very loud, bass cello(lol if it even exists) still very loud.

1:30 - They play metal-style now. This is what I am talking about.

2:00 - The bass cello(lol) is much softer now, much better. More in rhythm.

2:25 - Bass plays loudly again, wow. Sounds okay I suppose.

2:35 - Song is sped up.

2:47 - Cello solo. That's right, cello solo. Since Apocalyptica doesn't use guitars, they use cellos to play their music.

3:12 - Playstyle reverted much like playing in the introduction.

4:02 - Fade out of song.

Rate: 4.3/10

Comments: My ratings might be low, but it's a pretty good song still. Not as good as the current apocalyptica with drums but it's okay I guess. Still, song could've been better. I guess that's all for this song, not much to say.

Might review other songs too like Master of Puppets and Disposable Heroes, etc. Pretty good songs from the Master of Puppets Album. Hands down the best album in the world. Well, that is all for now. HNY I guess.

I KNOW RIGHT, I'VE NOT BEEN BLOGGING. people wouldnt care otherwise, so yea. wooooot! so uh. i went to KK last few days and weeks ago to some random trips. let's start with the first.

Muara Beach Trip - I must say that this trip was hilariously fun and entertaining at the same time. Really. We learned abit about the waves that I really completely forgot. I just remembered F = V * <insert something here> Lol. Moving on, the trip was fun. The bus, I just listened to my awesome Metallica and shit. Trivium grows on me more and more everyday. They are such a fucking awesome metalcore(hardcore metal) band. I can't believe I was so lifeless that I went to collect shells and gave them to Karen. ._." Sad But True(song by Metallica). I more or less did nothing there tbh. I just watched them play around as I listened to my music. I was truly enchanted by The Unforgiven II. I don't know HOW but this song has a way it connects to me more than most other Metallica songs. It's just.. awesome. Anyway, I'll emphasize on its awesome play later. Moving on, the trip was pretty much awesome all-in-all and fun I suppose, but yeah.

Mall Trip - Yeah,  paid $1 to watch 2 movies. Ok I guess. I watched "U, me & Dupree" and "Devil Wears Prada". First movie was insanely hilarious. The romantic parts fucking bore me though. I'm not a 'romance'-kind of person if none of you realize. Otherwise, the movie was ok I guess. At the end I remember Gary saying to Lina "I love you too". IT WAS HILARIOUS because right before he said it, the movie actor/actress said it to the other. Don't remember, lol.  Oh well, moving on, Devil Wears Prada was abit, odd. It's about females and the fashion industry. It was meh I guess. They could've used a sexier actress though! :idea:  Ok that's it for the mall junk. Was expecting my best friend to come *COUGHALYSSACOUGH* but apparently she's too lazy to, so I wanted to smack her in the head. -_-"

KK Trip - The most golden trip I've been to so far. Fucking awesome I say this trip was. It was just. AWESOME. The rafting part of the trip was just....... AWESOME. Seriously, there is NO word that can describe it. It was fucking uber I say. Damnit man! I wanna go on that rafting again, it was FUN! Ok let's start on day 0(day before we left).

Day 0 - I was checking up some music shit. I saw some reviews, one that caught my eye was Dream Theater - Scenes From A Memory. I must say, after I checked it out, I was pretty impressed with the responses. So yeah. That was it. I also saw a review for Metallica's ... And Justice For All! and I must say that the One review was interesting. Ok, moving ON!

Day 1 -  Woke up at 6.30 or something, was pretty early. Went to the port, saw Ai Yen(Real name is Lang Tze Yen) and was like O.o. Apparently, Cikgu Amelly didn't call me nor Ai Yen that the boat was at 8.30 -_-" so due to that fact, we waited for 1 hour ++. First people to come after me were Lilian and Jia Yee. Then it was, err, Jia Hui I think, then Shim(I THINK!), then Maria, then Aston, Nai Kiat, then Edwin and Daniel. Donno la. Something like that. Ok anyway, we got on the boat, was pretty peaceful. After we boarded and shiet, me and Shim sat at the same place where our bags were dividing us. It's like this:

So yeah, lol. We had to move all the bags just to let Shim out and in. XD! Ai Yen was sitting in front of me and Aston was behind with his group, Cikgu Amelly and the girls were to my right. Form 1 girls(Maria, Lilian, Jia Yee) were sitting somewhere in front so yeah. And then, uh we took a plane to KK. Don't remember why we didn't take the boat to KK. I think it was cause of some time problems or what, so yeah. We took plane first and later returned by sea, but I'll tell more stories about that later. In the plane, I really was hungry since when we were at Labuan, I didn't get to eat at all, so in the plane, I was like, "PEANUTS? DON'T WANT? GIMME! i WANT PEANUTS!" LOL! I am like, peanut-obsessed. >.> When we arrived at KK, we took 2 shitty minivans to Asia City Hotel, which sucked too. At least it wasn't as bad as those hotels last year. X_X I was stuck in a room with Shim and Ai Yen. I was like,"I AM MAN SO I SLEEP ON BED. SHIM SLEEPS ON FLOOR LOL!" since we only had 1 Double-bed. I had to share it with Ai Yen. Apparently, I kept stealing the blanket later that night, BUT, let's not go into detail just yet. After unpacking and shit, we went for lunch, then out to the mall for some gaming time with Shim, Ai Yen, Maria, Lilian and Jia Yee. I never expected the 3 form 1 girls to play games. O.O but anyway, it was fun. After that, we went to Burger King(meeting point) to wait for everyone and we bought like Onion Rings to wait. Later on we went to Popular to buy some stuff. Shim bought a book, I bought a dictionary and I don't think Ai Yen bought anything. When we went back to the meeting point, we saw the three form 1 girls waiting nearby so we just waited along with them.

Soon after, we waited in burger king for the rest of the big group and returned to the hotel. Everybody went to shower or what while I went to take a snooze lol. Ok so sue me, I was fucking tired. I COULDNT SLEEP IN THE PLANE DAMNIT! >_<" After that, we went for dinner someplace, I don't remember where. It was OK I guess. After all the dinner and junk shit, we returned to the hotel once again where the form 1 girls bugged us in our room and left soon after to go to their room. Shim and Ai Yen followed, I took a bath. Then I went to their room to watch CSI: Miami. CSI OWNS YO. I MADE SHIM A LITTLE MORE MANLY. HE LOVED CSI. After Miami, they felt tired so Ai Yen, me and Shim returned to our humble abode(LOL). The two form 1 girls, Lilian and Jia Yee were asleep. Maria was still awake o.0 When we went back to our room, we watched CSI: Crime Scene Investigation(aka Las Vegas), it was cool, but I shall not go on about it since CSI is awesome ANYWAY! That night, I slept pretty cozy since I had the bed + the warm blanket LOL. The other two were suffering due to lack of something comfortable + warm lololololol.

Day 2 - We had breakfast and we prepared on our way to RIVERBUG or whatever you call it. This. Was. THE. BEST. DAY. OF THE TRIP. FUCKING. AWESOME MAN. I'M NOT KIDDING. I FUCKING LOVED IT. After breakfast, we waited for the guide people to come and pick us up. We went in 2 separate minivans, one for guys and the other for girls(psst sexists). When we arrived at the place(finally, it took like 1 - 3 hours I think, don't remember), we got off and headed to listen to the guides and shit and wear our safety equipment. We used 3 boats. My boat was with me, Cikgu Amelly, Maria, Lilian, Jia Yee and the two guides. In Shim's boat, it was him, Jia Hui, Eileen, Chia Chia and the guide. In the last boat there was Aston, Nai Kiat, Ai Yen, Daniel and Edwin and the guide. So yeah, 3 boats. We had the slowest start at the beginning of the course, I shall tell you, everybody wanted to push me off, but luckily for me, I fell into the water before we got into the boat thanks to the rocks. But it was a good thing cause I didn't feel cold when they splashed me with water, I felt cool instead. I wanted them to keep on splashing me! XD! Maria didn't though LOL. And she was sitting in front with me so yeah, we were 'shielding' the group. Cikgu Amelly was originally behind me, but later she swapped with Jia Yee cause she wanted to splash them lol. Ok at the start of the course, we went off with a slow start, the 4 guys in lead, Shim's group second and my group last. We had a rough start, but afterwards, it was smooth sailing. I did 99.9% of my boat's paddling. Why? Because, I am the ONLY guy in the boat lol. So all of the girls were like,"oi Alex, paddle wahh!" So I just had to abide. X_X So it was a one-man-show until we were all ordered to move forward then I would help them by alot lol. At one point, we overtook everyone, but I became too lazy to paddle so yeah. At one point as well, our guide went 'emo' and jumped into the water lol. Maria was like trying to push me off, then Cikgu Amelly, then I pulled both of them, so if they pushed me, they'd pull themselves as well and then the two other form one girls also tried to LOL. They failed until the guide pulled me in which was horribly imba. Lol. It was really nice and cold the water was.

I enjoyed swimming in it. Soon after, Maria joined us, and the rest of the groups caught up with us and also went swimming lol. Only cikgu Amelly and the other 2 form 1 girls stuck to the boat, rest of us were floating around, especially me. I tried to grab a foothold on the rocks. I failed lol. The current was quite strong. At one point, we were following the guide and he said there were sharks and shit and scared Maria ahhahaha. When Mr Brownie jumped into the water, Maria swam as far as she could, LOL. When we had to get back to the boat, I pulled Maria to the boat as they pulled her up into the boat. Then they pulled me into the boat. After all that, we ate our lunch or whatever that was there and headed back to the hotel where we were to pick our bags because of 'overstaying'. After that, we left in the afternoon at around 3++ to the mountains, in uh somewhere lol. Don't blame me forgetting the name wah. It was a very long trip. I believe we arrived at around 5 - 6 in a very COOL weather-like environment where we were to climb endless amounts of stairs to reach our tree houses. Lol. I was sweating just by climbing up those endless stairs, and also I ran out of breaths easily. My stamina is shit, which is why I quit swimming. I couldn't keep up anymore. Which reminds me - during the rafting, the rapids were THE best parts of the rafting. I fucking loved it. I loved bouncing around in a boat while getting splashed with water. You have NO idea how fucking fun that was. Damn I loved it. Rafting ftw.

At night, we ordered dinner, and although they gave me a wrong order, I still ate it lol. I don't care, I was hungry!  We actually were  walking around aimlessly for 10 - 40 mins before we decided where to sit -_-" I sat with the three form 1 girls cause I thought my kidbro, Ai Yen was sitting with them. So yeah, in the end, he moved to sit with Shim, Eileen, Jia Hui and Chia Chia. After I had my dinner, I just waited for the rest of them. After some of them finished, they just trolled around the place. E.g, Maria was buying DOMINOES LOL and some random snacks. So after dinner and a LONGGGGGGG walk up, we  went to my room, then the girls came and Shim and Yen followed them to Room 2. I took a bath while they went off and then went looking for them afterwards. I looked in Room 5(where the Form 1 girls were, cause I thought they said they were going to their room) but went to Room 2 after Nai Kiat checked that they were there. Then, I played Big 2 with Shim, Maria and Eileen for a while. Maria was kinda new at this so me and Eileen helped her(psst, trading cards, LOL!). Man those games were golden. Shim lost a total of 5 times when we all decided to stop, I lost a total of 4 times(I actually was supposed to lose 3 times but due to my stupidity, I lost 4 times). Maria and Eileen didn't lose at all so, lucky them. After all that, the form 1 girls went back to their room and soon after, Shim, me and Yen followed them. We were like in their room for a bit, then Yen left, which left Shim and me in their room to discuss pointless things in life and in school. Maria was apparently half-asleep while we were talking but she could hear us, HAHA. Lilian and Jia Yee were scared to fucking death LOL. They didn't like the bugs and the fact that an ant is VERY harmless, scared the shit out of them. Even that drove Maria semi-crazy. HAHAHAHA. LOL. Maria was like,"IT'S JUST. AN ANT! WHAT LAH" LOL. Really funny man. We actually played dominoes in their room, but that sucked lol. It was pointless. XD. Maria's expression is insanely hilarious man. You should've seen the look on her face. It was ROFLMAO material. So yeah, later that night, the two girls, Jia Yee and Lilian to stay in their room cause they were scared lol. But we went back to our room anyway. Next day I heard that Aston and a few people came cause they were scared and told Cikgu Amelly. Maria was apparently asleep during that time but when she woke up she saw Aston sitting next to her LOL. So yeah, the 2 - 4 guys(don't know who were there except Aston) were sleeping in their room on the floor or on their beds or something and moved out later or what. Donno la, this you gotta ask Maria or the other 2 girls for more info. This is all that I am told of so yeah. Anyway, during this time I was in my cabin sleeping + listening to MetalliAWESOME(Metallica).

Day 3 - This has to the most painful day of the trip. I shall explain. In the morning, when we woke up, we met with the Room 101 girls(or the form 1 girls) and headed down into the van of suckiness. We were on our way to I believe, the Rafflesia center, after having a horrid shit ass breakfast. X.X The f1 girls were apparently afraid that the food would poison them(maria had a stomach ache the night before, thus being on her bed the whole night). Anywho, we started on our LONGGGGGG ass trek, of which, I used a walking stick. Not much happening but a lot of people screaming "AMG LEECH", etc. Especially, Eileen and SHIM. That's right, our own Shim Chin Yee was screaming, like a girl, really really loudly. o.0 And to think he was becoming more manly, TSK TSK TSK. Moving on, I fell like a lot of times, a total of 7, I counted. At one point, I actually fell down the cliff or whatever you call it. Nai Kiat and Eileen had to pull me up. Thanks guys!(if you ever read this lol). I mean, I fell down a lot of times, I pretty much didn't care about my own safety. I wasn't afraid of death. If I were to die, then so be it. I accept fate. I don't argue with it. : Besides, falling down isn't really killer, it just hurts. On our way back to the shit ass place, I was REALLY, REALLY, thirsty. I was out of water and had to keep asking around for spare water. At one point when I was REALLY scarce of water, my body decided "hey you know what, you don't need your legs!" and decided to turn "off' my legs. That's right, I honestly could not feel my legs. Every step I made felt like a muscle cramp, but that wasn't it. I believe if your body lacks water, it will shut down unnecessary parts of your body to make due, but I am not 100% sure so yeah. Anyway, I had to go back to the bus, get some water, clean myself up and return to the bus yet again. This time, we were on our way to some orphanage place. Originally, I thought this has got to be a shitty place, but then as I saw all the religious figures, I thought,"hey cool, these guys are religious, maybe it's not so bad after all.."

When we went in, I wanted to play with a puppy but it wouldn't let me :( Meh, after I went in, I sat down, and watched them as they performed. It was all mediocre, I guess, but it's their effort that matters! After that, we had Cikgu Amelly call Mr Brownie to sing, hahahaha. It was hilarious beans. Lmfao. After the orphanage thing, we went to the Sabah Asrama place, I donno what it's called, I forgot. As we entered the place, we were shown our room and as soon as I saw it, I went "AMGWTFBBQ". Yes, I really did. O.o Anyway, I took the stuff from my bed and migrated out to the sofa. Yes, the sofa. I had Cikgu Amelly's permission to sleep there, woot! It was like my own home sofa, so I kinda got used to it rather quickly. I tried to rest but people kept shaking the ground so I just pretended I was asleep and hoped to myself that I was sleeping lol. That night, we had dinner in some whacky place, and I played cards with Jia Hui/Aston/Nai Kiat/Edwin/Eileen, etc. After dinner was ready, I rushed food and I donno why, but I didn't feel hungry much for some odd reason, but anywho, I ate whatever I could and started to troll around the place with Cikgu Amelly and the group. We went to see some pitcher plants and shiet, it was cool. Too bad we didn't see any pitcher plants that ate anything(It was kinda very dark). After that we went to "evolution" park. A place where dinosucks have supposedly been. I don't believe in that junk though ahahaha.

Last Day - It was kinda boring, woke up, took bus to train station, ate breakfast, went to the train station. While aboard, we had to put up with some douchebag seller. I sat next to Eileen who apparently had a headache. Anywho, half the time I tried to sleep but failed miserably. z_z At one point I saw Jia Yee taking pictures of Yen sleeping and attempted to take Maria's pic, funny shit. She woke up before Jia Yee took the pic I think, donno. Anyway, after the train trip zz, we took 2 vans to the docks. We took a speedboat to Labuan, then we took the Suria boat back to Brunei, which was kinda dull. The last day was the dullest tbh.

Also, since I feel inspired to write, I might do stuff about my music. It owns. I was reading some reviews about Metallica albums, I saw one about ..And Justice For All, which included the awesome song, One. When I listened to the song and read the review, I become awed by the song. It was just UBER. It was OWNAGE TO THE MAX. I saw an album and selected few songs that people seem to love. It was by Dream Theater. The songs were The Spirit Carries On, One Last Time and Finally Free. I agree with the reviewer, these songs touch me, in a creepy sense. Somehow, they just touch me. These songs are uber, really. They may be rock, but they still have that quality that every song needs. I also am more in touch with The Unforgiven II by Metallica for some odd reason, it just moves me, in a good way, of course, but this song is just like no other. I guess, Metallica's beans are still awesome.

Other than that, my really favourite songs are as follows:

Yes, they are all Metallica, so sue me. My reasons: Master of Puppets is #1 because it IS music, it is WHAT music is. Master of Puppets is the single most popular Metallica song in the world for a simple reason, the guitar solos are fucking insane and the riffs are awesome. The lyrics? FUCK YEAH. THE BEST SYNERGY OF A SONG EVER. Seriously, Master of Puppets doesn't really need a reason to be number 1, listen to it, and you'll get what I mean. It has THE best guitar solos in the world, and it has an awesome tune, and the lyrics are of course, meaningful. As explained in my previous post, MoP is about drugs. This song owns hard, I fucking love it.

Orion for number 2? HELL YEAH. WHY THE FUCK NOT. Cliff Burton was a fucking genius. I cannot believe I thought the bass solos were guitar solos. I mean, he is a GENIUS. Damnit, the song is also awesome, it's instrumental so no lyrics = gg. Plus, its tune is just wonderful, this song REALLY touches me. I love it.

One for number 3 for easy reasons, its machine drumming was insane, and the solos are awesome and the song has a great intro, etc. This song is just wonderful, I can seriously agree and feel this song. It was about a WW1 soldier. The last two verses are something like:

Battery for number 4, easily. Excellent intro to the song and the song is very active and fast, which makes it interesting, solos are awesome too. But aren't the best, MoP is where all the awesome solos are.

Unforgiven 1 and 2 make it to number 5 because they just plain own. If you listen to the song then you'll get it. It's just weird how I can relate to both the songs, but yeah, they mean a lot to me.

Yeah, well I'm off to listening to more Metallica, I hope their new album sounds like their old stuff. Their old shit plain owned. St. Anger was a fucking piece of shit. I think of shit everytime I hear "St. Anger". It really sucked. Anyway, the new album should sound something like their old stuff from the leaks(they played them LIVE.) I offically hate Korea + Japan + Germany cause Metallica went to give them previews of the new songs. GRR ANGRY. Anyway, off I go. I think this is long enough for me. Tata.

In all honesty, Metallica is an awesome band. I just downloaded S&M. I have to say, Master of Puppets is KILLER. The Unforgiven II also I have downloaded. FANTASTIC! The song is just.. Wow.

seriously. I was just surprised at how the song touched me. i was addicted to it instantly. even if it wasnt from the S&M Album.. lol. anyway, songs from the S&M album are alot better than the original albums. for a few reasons: they were live, live metal bands are usually > recorded. it shows their REAL talent. pop has no talent sorry gg. they can look pretty/gay. otherwise, they can't sing whatsoever. they dont write their own lyrics etc.

next: they were DAMN good because of the San Francisco Symphony.(S&M = San Francisco & Metallica). The fact that the songs were played with other instruments like violents, tubas, etc. made the songs sound much better. =P

Now: I should rant about. 1) Love. 2) Emos. 3) Music. 4) anything else that pops to mind!

ok first off:

       Love. Does it exist? It doesn't. People argue that unconditional love exists. I can easily say it doesn't. The ONLY conditional love that is an exception to this, is the unconditional love from God to man. Parents? They have no unconditional love. Everytime you get something, they always want something back in return, thus, conditional. However, it IS love. Albeit it is conditional, love doesn't exist much besids in families and religion. And thus, "Love does not exist". Simply to say that 'love' is the term used by westerners to refer to Sex, Lust or Infatuations. It is not even close to love. Even Asians seem to be adopting this fashion.

I've seen in many instances where 'love' is witnessed. Ever heard a guy liking a girl and then being bloody emotional the next damn second? That's not love. That's infatuation/lust. Love has no place in this world. It belongs to God and should be kept that way. Ever since Americans/Westerners have changed the meaning of love, people think love is sex or the fact that you think that a girl being hot is equal to love.

It's pretty saddening that people think that love still exists. When I mean love, I mean emotionally bonding with each other. You just don't go,"Lol he/she looks cute I should go out with him/her because it is 'love'!" Really. That's retarded. I honestly will believe that only love through religion will exist. Love through man is either scarce or completely non-existant. I honestly don't believe love from one person to another will ever exist. Maybe when people learn what love REALLY is, then they'll understand. Honestly. I see people breaking up in school, and then start dating immediately the next day. What the FUCK! You call that love? I fucking suggest you kill yourself. My goodness. You're making love, the last emotion in the world to express that you care about someone, seem nullified.

       Emokids/Emos. Ok now you emos hear me out: STOP BEING RETARDED. Seriously. Don't bitch about 'lol my infatuation/crush/lust has a gf/bf i feel emo *slit*'. Seriously. SHUT THE FUCK. UP. Damn that is ANNOYING. You faggots ought to die. Really. Listening to pop what's more. I'll rant about your music types later. As I said earlier, love does not exist. Only love that could possibly exist is God's love. I can prove that simply you emo kids are idiots. Your emotions are your weaknesses.

Emotions exploit you; rage, happiness, sadness. They all leave you a weak as a whole. You wanna be weak? Ok, be emo. But one day you'll realize that being emo is a huge factor in deciding your future. You being over emotional can cause accidents. e.g Driving when being sad. You might cause an accident. Think about the stray animals you could hit! Or the people, even! Being emotional is not good at all. It shows how weak you are and how vulnerable you can be. When someone kidnaps your child, do you cry? If you do, you are emotional. This leads to weakness. Or, do you get angry? If you do, you are being lead to your weakness. People will abuse this fact and either demand a huge ransom or threaten to kill your child if demand is not met.

In other cases, your emotions will lead to work problems. Crying while doing classwork? Shut up. Get over it. You people are just being stupid. There's a reason why I becme non-emo - to break out of fads and show the world that emotion is equal to weakness. Emos will only bring the fall of the human race, not the uprising. I know I don't like the human race at all, but if we were to dominate another planet, I'd like to keep the human race strong. Not weak and gullible. Strong and able to withstand huge amounts of pressure from people. When people insult you, you feel saddened. You are emofied, your weaknesses are shown. When people insult me, I insult them or blatantly spit at their stupidity.

       Music. We all know pop is the most popular genre albeit being the worst. Why? Your reasons are above: emo and lust/infatuation. You see, people don't really care abotu the meaning of the song. They just like it as long as it sounds nice. Sounds familiar? Infatuations: physical attraction. Same thing to me, only in music form. We can actually use this logic to relate a human being's reaction. If you see one who likes/admires physical attraction, then you can easily say the same for his/her music tastes. First-time impression are what they always want - they don't care about the music meanings/person's personality. Honestly. I am a person who likes  music for its meaning, so what if I go 'lawl she's hot', I don't really care. It's just a comment. Music inspires many, music is what shows us what we really are. Listen to pop? You are emotional. Listen to rock? You like to party. Listen to METAL? You like to enjoy yourself and could care less about what people think.

I listen to metal, I am a very crass person, I listen to music for its great and wonderful meanings. I'm not one of those idiots 'wow this sounds nice everybody listen!'. I'm one of those who cares about music, it's a medium in which you tell people what kind of person you are. Let's compare lyrics shall we? I shall even take lyrics from misunderstood songs like, The God That Failed by Metallica.

From what I understand, the moment people hear this or read the lyrics, they'll be like, 'wtf, blasphemous!'. I'll be all, no. It's anti-atheist, look at the lyrics carefully. "I see faith in your eyes", atheists believe science is everything, they have faith in science non-stop. A comparison to Christianity is that Christians have faith in only God, and accept fate. The second line "Never you hear the discouraging lies", when God promises something, He says it WILL happen, be it tomorrow or the year after. He doesn't say when, He doesn't break promises. Let's say, when your grandmother is slowly dying, you pray for her to be fit and well. God promises you that - He just doesn't say in the phyiscal form, she will be fit and well, SPIRITUALLY. "I hear faith in your cries" is rather an interesting line, it could refer to when people suddenly beg God for help or when atheists just say that whatever happens happens as a result of scientific junk and hope that their results will end up as predicted. The next line, "Broken is the promise, betrayal". Obvious, really. Has God ever broken a promise? Has God ever betrayed anyone? No, only science has. It has provided lies about the world and everyone is willing to believe it? ROFL! Now, the last two lines, "The healing hand held back by the deepened nail, Follow the god that failed!" My emphasis is this: since when did a nail in Jesus' hand stop Him from healing the world? It never did - at ALL. Jesus, in fact, cannot be killed. He can choose to die or not. He chose to die, for the rest of the human species, and what happens? We turn on Him. Few still believe in Jesus, but I have faith in Him. Jesus has done numerous miracles, and even now, He still does miracles. Some people have thought to have been killed or have uncurable diseases but suddenly cured. Doctors say "luck" I say, Jesus healed the person. And the last line is REALLY rather obvious, atheists follow science, a failed god(yes, they consider science a god) while blatantly ignoring religious facts and just accept scientific facts. Science can't prove everything, don't make your statements based on 'science has proved many things'. If I remember correctly, Einstein once said, "Science can solve and explain many things, but whatever it cannot, religion can" or something along those lines. Einstein is a great scientists, well known for his nuclear energy formula discovery. He was a cool dude.

Now, on to my other music: Metallica - The Unforgiven II. This is one of the best Metallica songs I would really want to highlight. I don't know how, but since I've started listening to this song, it just touched me in a way, the lyrics made me feel even closer to the song. The chorus, is just, I don't know HOW to explain it, I am just, wowed... Anyway:

This song, is just, so, awesome. Ok, I will tell you the lyrics' meanings now: First few lines depicts trust, "Behind the door, should I open it for you" means the same as "Should I trust you?" I mean, think of it in this situation, do you open a door for someone who you do not know or open it for someone who you DO know? I mean, maybe in courtesy, but not in the literal sense, MOVING ON. I forgot to mention, 'turn the page, turn the stone' means 'every new day'. The last few lines are rather simple: Tiresome and hopeless, I stand alone. The last second line is asking, once again, for trust, "Are you trustable? I have trusted you before." and finally, the last line, "or are you unforgiven too?" means "are you still untrustworthy". This song is based around trust, from what I gather. Listen to it if you want. This is just part of the song. This is why I absolutely love this song.

First verse, let me explain: if you can see clearly, it is talking about death. Now, moving on, the first verse was rather simple, about death, but what KIND? We shall see.

Prechorus: Now, this is interesting. "Taste me and you'll see, more is all you need" Seems to me like if you taste this 'thing' you'll yearn for more, and that's all you need but at the same time it kills you. Sound familiar? Ok, just wait if you don't think so.

Bridge: Come crawling faster? You need more of it? Obey your master! This is definetely that makes you addicted. I mean, you always want it, this 'thing' makes you want it ALWAYS. Your life is slowly destroyed by this 'thing'

Chorus: "I'm the master of puppets, I'm pulling your strings!", It seems to me that this 'thing' apparently is controlling you. It's controlling your activity, your life to an extent, your behaviour, etc. "Twisting your mind, smashing your dreams" - It seems that this 'thing' is corrupting your mind, causing you to lose your future. "Blinded by me, you can't see a thing". This 'thing' is definetely causing you to not realize its harmfulness to your life.

Second Verse: Slowly, you follow, refusing to go against its will. Death seems clearer to you than life is. Your life is full of pain and only misery, collecting over time to make your life even worse. The last line means that your 'breakfast' is being chopped in front of a mirror. Get it? It means that this 'thing' that is harming you, is making you want it more and more, become your breakfast everyday, repeating the process over and over.

Third Verse(after second chorus): when you decided to join this 'thing', you thought it would  be great for you, give you many good things in your life, but it has brought you nothing but misery and pain and it laughs at you for being stupid.

Fourth Verse: Death is worth everything, hell even moreso, since this 'thing' is 'killing' you but in actual fact, you are being killed by yourself. It's only natural, your death for no reason, it was meaningless, you were probably young and naive, and you ended up dead. It is endless, you can't stop it, nor can you. It goes on continuously until you reach the end of your line and die.

Fifth Verse: It takes control over you, slowly, it helps your life shrivel, it flows through your body and soon it will completely take over your life.

Understand the song? If you don't, then the 'thing' I am talking about is drugs. Think about it, it fits perfectly, drugs ruin your life, make you addicted, cause you lose all your sanity, kills you, etc.

6th July '06 - Diana's BIRTHDAY! yeah! that day was awesome, i have never been to a cool birthday like that, seriously. i dont celebrate birthdays myself because I'M JUST A POOR BOY NOBODY LOVES ME(Taken from Queen - Bohemian Rhapsody). sorry i just COULDNT resist, xD! i love that song, it is damn funny. anywho, on to diana's birthday. when i arrived at empire with alyssa(sharing rides), like 2 minutes afterwards, diana appeared and we went to the beach. we enjoyed the view. i loved it. the ocean was soooooo pretty. so shiny *_* i miss that kind of view. oh well, alyssa and diana took a few pictures so it was great i suppose. after that, we walked all the way up, saw gary, jim and andy and well, waited for the rest of them i suppose. then afterwards, we had DINNAH. amazingly, alyssa ate a SHITLOAD of food more than me. i didnt have the appetite. i was wondering, wtf is happening to my stomach =( i love food, but i didnt eat. yeah i know i am VERY random. some of my words here in this post are actually from songs, those that are i will bracketize(new word, copyright Alex Carson, 2006 - ?) them! ok so anyway after dinner, we had more pictures. i also heard from alyssa that the GIRLS went into the BOYS toilet for some pictures, wtf was THAT about O_o after the dinner, which was VERY enjoyable, we went to the fake beach and i rested on the nice chair while waiting for my ride home(alyssa's mom was picking us up). after she sent me home, i just came home, played some DotA on my computer and went to nap. =)

rosie came back at around june 23rd or 24th, iirc. she left earlier this friday(14th july). reggie came on monday(10th july) and is going back on 21st or 20th =/ 14th july. sigh what a horrible date. the date my grandmother died RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY EYES. i was in the hospital. i saw her lay on the bed. i saw her life beep slower and slower every second. it was such a terrible way to see my own grandmother die like that. she was like of the best people in my family. anyway it doesnt matter, what's done is done. everybody dies at one point. i also must have seen her die for a reason. everything happens for a reason, right? God said so. =/

As per title, i have a new favourite praise and worship song. it's called From The Inside Out. Originally by Hillsong United, the YDM camp made it more awesome with more people. props to stephen, chester and the rest of the team for the awesome time in YDM. loved it so much. ok since blogdrive fucked up everything last time, i shall retype whatever happened in camp those few days. those wonderful, awesome, God-worshipping moments. =)

First Day: Registration and shit. waited for alyssa, diana and andy. diana was the first to appear. then andy was the second, iirc and alyssa was last. har har =p anyway, put my bags into my room and was assigned to Aaron Tang's group. did nothing until 5++ really. we had our first worship session. i was touched by the presentation and the way they worshipped God. i really joined it. i just dont know, i just felt like dancing. it just felt so great to dance for God! I mean really. what is better? nothing is better, of course. Worshipping God is the best thing that could happen. =D ^_^ that one day, brightened up the rest of my 4 days stay in school. i mean, what is better than honouring God, worshipping God? nothing right? how about with a group of other Christians? that just rocks. anywho, went for dinner afterwards. pretty delicious the food was! and yeah. talked to diana alyssa and andy for a while i believe and then. it was time to do more praise and worship and we got our first speech from Pastor Kenneth. i cant believe i FELL ASLEEP. lol seriously. i DID. his speech was boring, but powerful =D anywho. after that, we had supper. and then it was time to hit the sack.

Second Day: we woke up at 5. for some odd reason. they liked waking up bloody early. had session. talked about LIFE(Living In Faith Everyday). i mean, really, the Bible did show faith in action hundreds to thousands to millions of years ago. after that, had breakfast. was yummy. then after breakfast, was rest. i went to bug alyssa and diana. xD. andy was boring. all he wanted to do was play a dull guitar. doesnt even want to hang out with his friends ;p after some random shit, second session started. praise and worship as usual =) and then pastor kennethhhhhhhhhhhhhh @_@" boring man him. hahahahaha. xD then after that. we had lunch. lunch was pretty good i guess. then, we had games. we were playing captain ball first. then aliens and astronauts. in captain ball, our team lost, 1 - 8 lol them leading with 8. it was fun though.

it was exciting as well. enjoyed it. even if i was captured early lol. i blame raymond. >.> he was running away from something, hit me,  in which turn, made andrew ping me out or declare me dead astronaut X_X after that, DINNER! it was horrible :( quite little choices. anyway, we had to go back and take a bath or something. go eat dinner afterwards and then have our session again. i paid attention this time! sorta. anywho, who cares. i still loved the praise and worship. screw everything else XP i just remember, on that night. i promised God again that i will honour Him no matter what. even if it means dishonouring my own family. one must make sacrifices. God testes all our faith. we just never realize that. anyway, that night had an ok sleep at least better than the first night. X_x

Third Day: i woke up at 5.30 this time! later right! not so late cause i slept until 6.30 or so haha. then as usual, session. i started wandering off during the session. i was thinking about God and the endless possiblities that He has done for us. i mean really. everything He does is a message, be it good or bad. it's like we need to understand it. we just dont. i now, did what i did at the youth camp. i stare at the clouds. looking for find a hidden meaning that God has kept for us. anyway, after session was over. breakfast, once again. this time it was cool. just not the best. haha =p after that, we had praise and worship. dance, i didnt. praise, i did. shout for the Lord, i did. i praise the Lord! Praise the Lord! PRAISE THE LORD! OUR LORD AND KING! haha. after praise and worship, we had session. this time i didnt fall asleep but i did feel sleepy. so then, i decided to smack myself to wake myself up. =p anywho after that. we played games again after a not so great lunch! wooot. this time, it's intellectual games. finally, something i can DO! lol! i am that sucky in sports i know. that's how i got this fat. but dont worry. i like being fat. i dont care what people think about me. i only care what God thinks about me. after all, He is the one that created us. He sent His only son. would you send your only son to die for us? no you wont. but God did.

anywho, we were doing some role playing crap. we were asked to do Elijah and the prophets of BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAL in a singaporean style. LOL. 1) i lolled the fact that i just said BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAL not baal. 2) we were doing it in a singaporean STYLE. lol. i wanted to do elijah but apparently i wasnt convincing enough so i was like ._." sharron apologized and shit even when i was like thinking "wtf..? why on earth is she apologising?" seriously. i dont really care if i made it or not. it was just for the fun of it. so anyway, in the end, i was the person who went "WAH SO GOOD ONE YOUR IDEA AHHHHHHH" LOL. singaporeans FTW. which reminds me, the GOFest team in brunei was cool. =D someone else notices brunei, but i bet it wasnt cause of its sovereignity. i bet it was cause of our youth camp =P this day was particularly funny because sydney went up on stage doing a bollywood dance. LOL. their theme was. something like Jesus sowing seeds in a bollywood style. HAHAHAHAHA YOU SHOULD'VE SEEN IT. IT WAS HILARIOUS. xDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDd

dinenr was ok i suppose. we had to eat early cause that night we had a church service in our school hall.  chester was leading the worship that night. we were all asked(the YDM campers) to go up in front and sing and jump for God! i sang, but i didnt jump. quite normal for me to do that. i dont like jumping! haha i am fat =PP i donated like $5 when they were asked to pass the little white thing around. i mean, i felt bad for the church, when it was always there to help us but i didnt do a thing for it. so i guess i decided to do the right thing =/ anyway, that night was horrid. and by that night, i meant when i was FUCKING SLEEPING. ffs, this idiot gideon and sheng decided to toothpaste me. i gave them a stern warning:

FUCKING TOOTHPASTE ME AGAIN NEXT YEAR AND I'LL MAKE SURE YOU ARE DEAD BECAUSE I WILL PERSONALLY MURDER YOU.

it was irritating as hell man. i had to clean my face =/ anyway

Last Day: that last day. morning woke up  after being toothpasted. session, this time we were talking about atheists. i remember saying, I will not give in to atheists. i will not let them insult religion. it isnt funny. i dont care if you dont believe in God. it's not like i can change your mind. but dont insult religion ok or else i will kill you. even if you are a friend/relative. you have no damn right to insult religion. insult religion and i will insult your parents(lol) anywho. after that, breakfast again. it was meh at best.  this session. i remember. pastor kenneth said that everyday is like a test. live it to its max potential, for God. not for your parents, but for God. =) ok so maybe i made taht up but who cares. it's God who matters =/

in the afternoon, after a not so good lunch, i helped clean everything a terus cabut at 3.30 XP

in camp, i listened to like 4 - 7 new great songs. i have 4 of them. i am trying to look for the other 3.

i have right now with me: Hillsong United - From The Inside Out, One Way and Planet Shakers - Majesty and Reflector. personally, my ultimate favourites here are From The Inside Out as per topic and Majesty. I love these songs. Reflector makes me want to tell everybody, 'GUYS GOD EXISTS! HE DOES. WHETHER YOU WANT TO BELIEVE IT OR NOT IS YOUR BUSINESS BECAUSE I NOW WILL ANNOUNCE THAT I BELIEVE IN GOD AND I AM NOT AFRAID OFADMITTING IT!'
